Webinar Overview

On May 25, the European Union will start to enforce the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which can attract multi-million Euro fines for non-compliance. Any PCO registering EU citizens to their events must comply with GDPR. This webinar will explain in simple terms what GDPR is and look at practical steps PCOs need to take to be compliant.

Best Practices regarding Privacy and Security of Attendee Data

In the course of managing events, PCO’s collect a significant volume of personal data including credit card information, IP Address, ID information, contact details and much more. This needs to be stored securely and processed in compliance with various regulations.

This webinar will explore some best practices for privacy and data protection.
