Webinar Overview

This session is designed to inform and educate participants about the journey associations can embark on, given the right mental spark! Being part of a membership-based association is fraught with challenges and associations may need to embark on some hard decisions in 2017 to boost the membership services offering. Surprisingly, most of them cost very little and yet they are achieving big results.

This session will focus on:
  • A profile of the challenges being faced (membership growth, engagement, communication, attendance, information, education, technology)
  • The wake-up moment that triggers a change mentality
  • Identifying where Associations want to be
  • How to make the change
  • Success factors
  • What obstacles stand in your way
  • Where to now
